At Latner Property we are proud of our fresh approach to Property Management and look forward to working with you in the successful management of your investment property.

We have seen it over and over again, rentals being treated as the least important part of a real estate business and this attitude then having a flow on effect to the level of service provided to landlords and tenants.

We do things a little differently at Latner all in the hope that our landlords and tenants will love their rental experience.

What can I expect as a client of Latner Property?


  • Feel comfortable knowing that your property manager is the owner of the business and will be your first point of contact at all times. No confusion, no changes to your property manager, Ben will be the person who answers your phone call, email or SMS always – how easy is that?
  • We market our rentals as though we are selling them, this means quality photography, a creative advertising blurb of your property and most importantly advertised open inspections at times that work for potential tenants including after hours and weekends.
  • At least 1 open inspection per week until your home is LEASED and unlimited private inspections dependant on access availability.
  • Guaranteed feedback after each open inspection via phone call or email so you can feel comfortable knowing exactly what stage of the rental process your home is at.
  • Quarterly inspections of your property including a detailed report with photos emailed directly to you for peace of mind.
  • We are experienced property investors ourselves and understand the importance of being paid on time to meet mortgage commitments and keeping property vacancies to a minimum to ensure regular cash flow.


  • We want to create a positive and lasting relationship with you from day one and ensure that you are kept fully informed throughout your time as a Latner Property tenant.
  • We understand how difficult it can be to attend open inspections due to work commitments and that’s why we endeavour to schedule our viewings at times that work for you, whether it be after hours on weekdays or on the weekend. If you are unable to attend a scheduled inspection feel free to give us a call to arrange an alternative time, we are happy to help.
  • You will deal with our Director for all your property queries or maintenance requests and are assured you won’t be passed from person to person to achieve a result.
